Pembina County Job Development Authority

The Pembina County Jobs Development Authority (PCJDA) was formed by the Pembina County Commissioners in 1994. The state enabling legislature authorized the Authority to be the official group responsible to assist with the development and expansion of the economy within the county. The Authority contracts with the Red River Regional Council for administrative services.

The PCJDA is able to offer grants to communities and non-profit organizations doing projects that align with their goals. They can also offer low interest long-term loans to businesses that will create new jobs in Pembina County. If you are located in Pembina County and are interested in seeking funding through the PCJDA, please contact our office at (701)352-3350 or rrrc@nd.gov.
