Nelson County Job Development Authority
The Nelson County Jobs Development Authority (NCJDA) is responsible for the Economic Diversity of the county. It works to foster new business creation, along with employment opportunities for its residents. The Authority contracts with the Red River Regional Council for administrative services.
The NCJDA is able to offer grants to communities and non-profit organizations doing projects that align with their goals. They can also offer low interest long-term loans to businesses that will create new jobs in Nelson County.
