Recent projects have involved community infrastructure, lift stations, water lines, water towers, lagoons, sewers, grants for fire departments, housing acquisition and demolition, and street improvements. In some cases, projects involve paying for special assessments for low to moderate income (LMI) residents after improvements have been made in their community.
